Assuming that my readers love baking books as much as I do, I thought it would be fun to give a copy away! 
Along with a copy of her first book: A Zombie Ate My Cupcake!


It's going to be an old school giveaway!

  4. I cannot live without whichever baking book I most recently purchased, which is currently (still) the Flour cookbook. I also like to use the big red Betty Crocker book that my mom gave me as a base for more creative baking endeavors.

  7. I still rely on the book that first got me into cupcakes: Cupcake Magic by Kate Shirazi. The recipes she gives are simple, easy to follow, and easy to tweak!

  8. My favourite is - Baking: From My Home To Yours by Dorie Greenspan. So many great recipes, none have ever failed, i love everything in it.
    I don't know what baking book I'm looking forward to this year.

  11. My favourite ever baking book is 'Mary Berry's Ultimate Cake Book'

    It is fantastic! It has a easy to follow instructions, a wide variety of different recipes- traybakes, non cook bakes, celebration cakes, family favourites, cupcakes, chocolate cakes, cheesecakes. It has it all! This has been my bible for over 10 year.

  14. Well, the old school baking book I ALWAYS go back to is the Be-ro one we've had for years, in various incarnations! But I also love Mary Berry's Baking Bible.

  18. My favourite baking book... hmmm... hard choice! But I would have to say 'Vegan Cupcakes take Over the World' I'm not a vegan, not even a vegetarian, but I love the varied ingredient’s and techniques used. Every cake receipe I have tested has been so yummy! :-)

  19. My favourite baking book has to be Red Velvet and Chocolate Heartache by Harry Eastwood. It is such a beautiful book and I love the use of vegetables in baking!
